Reuben Clarson Consulting is proud to work with contractors, developers and Homeowners Associations in the Tampa and St. Petersburg, Florida area to create a gorgeous, and stable waterside project. As homes near the ocean, bay, lakes, or other bodies of water are very popular in the Tampa Bay region, we make sure those developments are designed and crafted the proper way, and in accordance to local, state and federal regulation. Our marine design and engineering team will analyze and evaluate the site, and make plans to design what is necessary, including seawalls, bulkheads, docks, piers, platforms and other necessary features. We will make sure the shoreline surrounding the site is stabilized, complete FEMA surveys along with flood elevation certification.
